Purpose of the Award
Each year, the OD Practitioner Editorial Board members select one article from those published the previous year in the OD Practitioner to honor as the Outstanding Article of the Year.
Criteria for This Award
- It offers innovative theory and practice, or expands and provides a new perspective on current theory and practice.
- It is clearly written, accessible, and well organized, with case examples that demonstrate how to translate theory into practice.
- It has the potential to be a resource for use in classrooms, workshops, and/or consulting situations.
