Global OD Practice Framework

The Global OD Practice Framework™ (Global ODPF) defines the differentiating competencies needed for OD practitioners in our dynamic business environment, and represents the knowledge, skills and behaviors required of an OD practitioner.

These are aligned to current challenges and anticipated needs and represent the collective wisdom of nearly 1000 global OD business leaders, consultants, academic professionals and experienced advisors.

Why a Global OD Practice Framework™?

Career Development. Define a clear set of knowledge, skills and behaviors in order to calibrate performance and plan, and manage development.

Professional Standards. Develop a set of standards for the OD profession, and clarify expectations for impactful results.
