Submit your case study

OD Network seeks brief case studies from practitioners that can help demonstrate the value of organization development to client organizations and their people. This isn't a typical case study, because its purpose is not to suggest strategies and techniques to other OD professionals, but rather to show potential client organizations what they can gain by making OD part of their business strategy.

Please see the currently posted case studies for examples. Use the format of those studies:

  • brief summary description that might entice a potential client to read farther
  • your name, your organization name, website link (if any)
  • goal(s) of the intervention
  • critical actions you took
  • results: the positive outcome(s) the client experienced. Numbers are always effective!

Of course you should either have your client's permission to use its name or describe the organization in such a way that it cannot be recognized.

OD Network will give you full credit for your story and link to your website or email address as you prefer. We'd like to have a photograph of you or your organization's logo to go with the article. Thank you for your contribution!
