Members' Choice Award
Announcing the 2007 Members Choice Award recipient:
David Sibbet & Grove Consultants International
2007 Category: Innovative & Cutting-Edge OD Practices
The Members’ Choice Award gives our members an opportunity to weigh in on different aspects of the field of OD that have influenced their learning and practice. The category of this award changes each year.
This year the OD Network Awards Committee invites you to nominate a practice that exemplifies Innovative and Cutting-Edge OD.
Consider a practice, method, or approach that has influenced our field or that can be applied broadly in organizations or communities. Reflect on new experimental practices, as well as those that may have been around for a while but are now being applied in innovative, forward-looking ways. The practice need not have been developed in the U.S.A.
To nominate a practice for the Members’ Choice Award for Innovative and Cutting-Edge OD, please include a description of no more than 150 words, highlighting the practice itself, its developer, and how that practice has influenced and advanced the field of OD. In your nomination, please include a key individual related to the practice —for instance, the developer of the practice or the principal of an organization that carries on that practice—and that person’s contact information.
After nominations are received, members will have the opportunity to vote online for their choice.
