Matt Minahan, Ed. D., is a partner in Sapience Organizational Consulting, specializing in strategic planning, organization design and development, and leadership development. Sapience is best known for bringing extensive experience, wisdom, and innovation to developing and implementing extraordinary organizational strategies and solutions in a seamless partnership with our clients.
Matt's clients and consulting engagements are in the private and public sectors, implementing enterprise-wide change programs, including business strategy, mission, business process simplification, new structures, and communications.
Matt has been a member of the OD Network since 1982, has served on two Conference Planning Committees and chaired one, and is the organizer and overall list servant for the ODNet email discussion lists. He also convenes the OD Academic Program Directors, in partnership with the OD Network and the Academy of Management.
He is a member of NTL Institute, and he teaches in OD program at the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University, and in the MBA program at the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
