Dr. Gary L. Mangiofico is recognized as a strategic and iconic thought leader. In 2012, he was honored with the Strategic Leadership Award from the World HRD & Development Congress at the Global HR/OD Excellence Awards, which recognizes the Best of Best in the HR/OD professionals internationally and serves as a benchmark of achievement in Organization Development practices.

Lori Blander has been a learning and development professional for 20 years. She works in collaborative partnership with executive teams, managers, HR, and functional teams to assess the current state, desired future state, and co-create solutions that work towards achieving vision.

Martha Kesler has focused her career on building organizational capacity and productivity by aligning individuals with organizational strategy and equipping those individuals with the skills, architectures, tools, measurements and role clarity necessary to continuously improve the level of service provided their respective customers.

Amy Cowart’s career has centered on helping government and non-profit organizations “deliver on their public promise.” She has employed myriad OD interventions to partner with her clients in the areas of change management, strategic planning, leadership and team development, and performance management.

Dr. Cindy Miller is an experienced leadership, team and organization development consultant who has held global leadership roles in the biotech, pharma and financial services industries.  She is a trusted coach and effective facilitator who has helped hundreds of leaders develop their potential, achieve their goals and lead large-scale changes. 

Marco Cassone’s background includes arts education, learning & development, and performance improvement coaching on an international stage across four continents. Since 2015, Marco's primary leadership role for the OD Network has been Chair of Academic Partnerships, working to awaken graduate and doctoral student members to the power, community, and connection that is possible from the network.

Dr. Glen B. Earl has over 25 years of experience as an internal, as well as, an external organizational consultant. He has worked for the past six years as a Talent Development Consultant, in Parkland Academy, Office of Talent Management at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. His focus is in Organization Development, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Team Building.

Dr. Tiffany Yates is a pioneer in the field of culture, talent development, transforming workplace conduct and leadership development. She has over a decade of innovative oversight in consulting engagements that result in people alignment to strategic execution. 

The new Board of Trustees members were elected to their current positions in September, and their terms began January 1, 2018.

The OD Network is committed to helping members develop organization capability through alignment of strategy, structure, management processes, people, rewards and metrics. The OD Network mission is Advancing the Practice, Science and Impact of OD. We, as OD Practitioners, make evidence-based decisions grounded in research in behavioral science. We practice OD within organizations in order to improve the organization’s sustained effectiveness and health. We make an impact by introducing solutions and interventions that impact an organization’s strategic objectives and bottom line.
