Troy, NY (5 March 2013)…Valerie Davis-Howard of The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. (KJCG), has become an owner of the firm and been promoted to Vice President and Senior Consultant.Davis-Howard leads KJCG’s Core Inclusion and Change Partners line of business, a technology transfer process that seeds an organization with champions for inclusion change efforts. She also leads the firm’s brand management team, where she is accountable for overseeing consistent quality across clients.

Davis-Howard’s 24 years of organizational experience have included positions within Fortune 100 companies, work with not-for-profit organizations and experience with public-sector agencies. Prior to her work with KJCG, she was an assistant vice president in organizational development at The Chase Manhattan Bank, where she managed corporate diversity initiatives, work-life events and change management programs. She also specialized in competency development programs as a training consultant for the State of Michigan.

A frequent speaker at national conferences, Davis-Howard was named one of the American Society for Training & Development’s New Guard, an honor bestowed on a select group of professionals who exhibit passion for making a difference and achievements that take training and development in new directions. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Spelman College in Atlanta and her MBA from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
