The Organization Development Network announces its new Board of Trustees
WASHINGTON, DC – The Organization Development Network (OD Network) announces its new Board of Trustees, including diverse leaders from across the field. With the election of four new Trustees and the appointment of two more, the Network’s 2015 board of 12 members is now complete.
The Trustees elected Matt Minahan, Ed.D. of MM & Associates as chair, Sherry Duda of Alex-Reidy as vice chair/chair elect, Magdy Mansour of Deloitte Consulting as Treasurer, and Yasmeen Burns of the Five9 Group as Secretary.
Chair Matt Minahan said, “This is an exciting year for the OD Network. Our mission as a Network is to lead advances in the practice and theory of OD that result in healthy effective, organizations and a healthy planet. We have a great board of Trustees to lead us, and a strong cadre of members and volunteers who are leading the work of our committees and task forces in realizing our mission and positioning us for growth.”
Newly Elected Trustees are:
- Jaya Bohlmann, Managing Director, Corporate & Financial Practice, Burson-Marstelle, Chicago IL
- Martha Kesler, Consultant, The MITRE Corporation, McLean, VA
- Kristine Lea, Consultant, Alliant International University (PsyD), Sacramento, CA
- Zoe MacLeod, Director, Royal Roads University, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
Newly Appointed Trustees are:
- Loretta Hobbs, President, O'Neal-Hobbs Associate – Washington, DC
- Marco Cassone, Consultant, Los Angeles, CA

Returning Trustees are:
- Christina Bell, Consultant, Bell & Company, Dallas, TX
- Norm Jones, Ph.D., Harvard University, Cambridge, MA
Minahan continued that, “This year’s conference will be an even bigger deal than usual, because we’re co-sponsoring it with the International OD Association (IODA), so participants will be joining us from all around the world, creating an even more diversity of people and thought, which is what our field is all about. Our conference planning team has some great keynoters lined up and we hope to see you in Portland, OR.” The Networks conference is call OD Network/IODA Annual Conference and 2nd World Summit, and is booked for October 18 – 20, 2015.
