Matt Minahan, OD Network Chair
Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network
An active member since 1988, Matt Minahan has been a major contributor to the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN). He served on the Board beginning in 1989 first as Newsletter Chair, then as Chair of Communications and finally as Newsletter Editor. On Friday, April 24th, following its closing plenary, CBODN will recognize Matt for his sustaining membership with a special reception in his honor.
Matt's involvement in the Organization Development (OD) community extends beyond his commitment to CBODN. In addition to a 30-year consulting career, he has been teaching OD for almost 20 years. He has been member of National Training Laboratory (NTL) for the past 12 years, serving as Board member. He has been a member of the OD Network for 33 years, also serving as a Board member. Matt recently became Chair, Board of Trustees, of the OD Network. He received the Outstanding Article in OD Practitioner Award several times and was co-editor of the 2012 book: Handbook for Strategic HR, Best Practices in Organization Development, published by the OD Network.
Matt is being recognized for his contributions, his selfless giving of time and expertise to professional networks, and his continued support and sustaining membership in the CBODN community.
