Alfredo has worked for over 25 years in the corporate environment, and has served as the department head for learning and development and OD for several companies.Having trained or consulted with several companies and organizations in the United States, Latin America, Asia, and Europe, Alfredo has developed a diverse, flexible training style. His experience includes working with manufacturing companies such as Ford Motor Company, Motorola, Pitney Bowes, Abbott, AbbVie and now Worldpay supporting sales, service, marketing, engineering, software development human resources and other functions. Alfredo is a certified instructor with AchieveGlobal, able to facilitate all Sales, Leadership, and Service programs, as well as certified by DDI for all Leadership and Management curricula. With extensive experience in performance management, performance improvement, process improvement, project management, organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership development and talent management. Alfredo can help organizations identify areas for improvement, and work with them to develop strategies and plans to implement the appropriate solutions. He has developed and facilitated training solutions for numerous industries including: telecommunications, semiconductors, automotive manufacturing, chemical, utilities, healthcare, financial services and banking. Senior Corporate Evaluator, Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO)
Ardela Daniels is a senior corporate evaluator at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Daniels joined INPO in 2009. Ms. Daniels has more than 20 years of nuclear industry experience in leadership effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, human performance, and safety culture. In her current role, she works closely with utility executive teams and leadership teams at nuclear facilities to evaluate their performance and develop plans to achieve organizational excellence. Her nuclear experience includes peer reviews and assistance in Japan, China, Russia, UK, France, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Slovakia, Romania, Sweden, India and Brazil. Previously, as an INPO performance monitoring leader, Ms. Daniels was responsible for continuously monitoring the performance of ten assigned plants to identify and alleviate problems.

As the Vice President of Global Talent Management with Equifax, Tim's strategic contributions are recognized for leading Global Talent Acquisition Function, Global Organizational & Leadership Development, and Global Sales & Product Training resulting in $3+ Billion Insights/Analytics company with 9,000 employees world-wide. His leadership team designs, implements, and sustains the Talent Review/Succession Planning, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement globally for Equifax. His contributions support the Equifax mission as a global leader in information solutions, leveraging one of the largest sources of consumer and commercial data, along with advanced analytics and proprietary technology, to create customized insights that enrich both the performance of businesses and the lives of consumers. Tim is earned his MBA specializing in Organization Behavior and Development from The George Washington University School of Business, an advanced certificate in OD and HRM from Columbia University, and his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.

Melanie Bowers has nearly 20 years of experience as an OD&D professional. She spent much of her career as an external management consultant supporting clients from both private industry and government. More recently, she has worked in the consumer packaged goods industry delivering change support for organizational transformations, standing up new organizations, and designing and delivering global organization capability development programs. Ms. Bowers lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and 2 daughters.

Dr. Tiffany Yates is a practitioner-scholar best known for her wide ranging capacity to design and deliver OD interventions ranging from entrepreneurial innovation to global systems level rollouts. Her engagements include world leaders in people development leaders such as Mercedes Benz, Benedictine Asia Institute, UPS, Capella University, University of Lyon ISOER Program (France), Bing Dung University (Viet Nam) and Dale Carnegie Training (global). Dr. Yates efforts have contributed to five categories of doctoral education in positions of Program Chair, Lead Faculty, Dissertation Mentor and Instructional Designer across both sides of the school of business and technology. Her ideas on innovative approaches appear within the Academy of Management, STEM Daily, American Society for Quality (ASQ), AAIM Employers Association, Association for Talent Development, and the Organization Development Journal. Dr. Yates also co-authored a chapter in the book “Learning Beyond the Classroom: Producing Competitive Business Results” about using Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) as a model for employee skill building. Dr. Yates is the 2016 President Elect of the Organization Change Alliance (OCA) in Atlanta, a program advisor for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Human Capital SIG Group, a previous board member of the University of Illinois 4-H Foundation, an outgoing board member of the Innovation and Value Creation Technical Committee of the American Society for Quality, and the former Committee Chair for the Central Illinois ODN Board of Directors.Dr. Yates holds BBA in Marketing from Ole Miss, a MA in Economics from Western Illinois University, and was awarded a PhD in Organization Development from Benedictine University.
