  • Showcase the talents, competencies and experiences that graduate students in OD bring to the field
  • Engage academic programs, faculty and students in the ongoing activities and programming of OD Network
  • Link the importance of scholarship and practice to the expanding future of the OD field

    • An original conceptual idea
    • An innovative case study

  • The paper must reflect on and document organization development theory and practice.
  • The paper may not have been previously published or in the process of publication.
  • If the paper is accepted, the faculty sponsor AND the student will be asked to attend OD Network Conference 2008 in October. The student will be asked to present the paper at a concurrent session and will receive complimentary registration to the conference.
