Spring Update from OD Network

Dear Colleagues,

These months feel like springtime for the OD Network, with the same kind of renewed growth and revitalization in our Network as we're seeing outdoors, and with much good news.

The first and best news is that the Network finished 2012 $30,000 in the black! That's our first profitable year since 2005. We have worked aggressively to contain costs and had a very successful conference last October in Phoenix, due to the hard work of our staff and the dedication of our 2012 Conference Planning Committee, led by Board Trustees Mike Horne and Mee Yan Cheung-Judge...

Norm Jones and Elena Feliz, co-chairs of the Culture, Diversity & Inclusion (CD&I) Committee and recently appointed Organization Development Network (ODN) board members, are looking for more volunteers for this important initiative. So far, they have four volunteers including Claire Halverson, Denise Morris Kipnis, Marilyn Loden, Shondrea Turnbull. They need additional volunteers. Please consider volunteering in 2013. What will they be working on? How much time will be required? Do you need to be an expert in CD&I issues?

The Social Media + Technology Committee Is Looking for Volunteers

The Social Media + Technology Committee is looking for two volunteers who are knowledgeable about technology – specifically, searchable databases, the technological aspects of producing webinars, and the components of capturing conference content and reusing it in different ways.
