Kris Lea, MSOD, is the Project Manager for OD Network's Professional Development and Education Committee and been quietly but effectively leading the Network's webinars program for 2013 and 2014. She and her team have produced webinars with the top thinkers and writers in our field and have a full slate planned through the winter and spring of 2014.

Get Involved: Coaching or Mentoring Programs

The process for getting involved in coaching and mentoring with OD Network is simple, with the most important step being to update your personal profile and identify what you are interested in engaging in (i.e., offering or receiving coaching/mentoring). Once that’s done, people can find you in the member database and reach out if there is a mutual fit. Further, you can proactively search our member database to identify other members that match your specifications. All that is left to do is initiate a contracting conversation and design a program that makes the most sense for both of you.
