Happy New Year,
2013 proved to be a very successful year for the Organization Development Network as we focused on increasing value to members. We hope you had a chance to read theDecember Network Newsin which our lead article highlighted many of the year’s accomplishments, including new professional development offerings, new partnerships and another year of positive net income.
This month I want to thank all of the people who made these accomplishments possible. First, thank you to our volunteers who served on committees. Thank you for your time, your ideas and your commitment to not only advancing the Network but also to advancing the field of OD. Thanks to Laura Rudzinski, OD Network's Executive Director, and herstaffparticularly Christie Smaidris and Ronnie Hwang, for supporting us with their expertise in association management, generating creative solutions to maximize our operational dollars and translating ideas into action.

OD Network Regional News
The OD Network has introduced a new volunteer role of Regional Connector to serve as a liaison from ODN to a group of regional networks. Each Regional Connector will connect by phone with each of the regional leaders throughout the year to:
- Become familiar with the structure and goals of each regional;
- Listen to challenges and experiences;
- Connect regionals with one another;
- Communicate ODN information relevant to regionals;
- Collect feedback about how ODN can better serve as a Network of networks.
We are pleased to announce the Regional Connectors who have volunteered to date.
