OD Network January

Happy New Year,

2013 proved to be a very successful year for the Organization Development Network as we focused on increasing value to members. We hope you had a chance to read theDecember Network Newsin which our lead article highlighted many of the year’s accomplishments, including new professional development offerings, new partnerships and another year of positive net income.

This month I want to thank all of the people who made these accomplishments possible. First, thank you to our volunteers who served on committees. Thank you for your time, your ideas and your commitment to not only advancing the Network but also to advancing the field of OD. Thanks to Laura Rudzinski, OD Network's Executive Director, and herstaffparticularly Christie Smaidris and Ronnie Hwang, for supporting us with their expertise in association management, generating creative solutions to maximize our operational dollars and translating ideas into action.
