Please join us for our April 26th meeting at the Harris Bank from 6-9 pm for our program on Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. We have three speakers: Mike McGovern, Manager of Executive Development at the Tribune Companies;Tom Fahy, Loyola University CORD Faculty, who teaches executive coaching and has his own executive coaching firm; and Dennis Kleper, a Chairman, TEC International, an international organization who develop and coach CEOs.

This panel will speak to: 

1. Why has this field of Coaching exploded in the last few years?
2. Is there a new brand of CEOs and executives in top offices -- are they really different? If so, what makes them different, and how does that impact the kind of development they need? Do they require different kinds of coaching than more traditional CEOs/executives did?
3. What are the most important elements of executive education and development, and which of those elements falls most frequently to the coaching category?
