Hear from Mary, co-author of Whole-Scale™ Change: Unleashing the Magic in Organizations, about this exciting approach to fast, deep and lasting systems change.  Hear from Linda about her experiences using the Whole-Scale™ approach with several Chicago-area clients. Whole-Scale™ Change applies systems thinking and process consultation to draw out the wisdom of the organization, engaging large numbers of people across levels and functions. 

This will be an interactive session with plenty of time to listen, discuss, and ask questions in order to build on what you already know and expand your own thinking about enabling system-wide change in organizations and communities.

June will also bring something different for the program meeting— two meetings with one at a suburban location.  Our speakers have graciously  agreed to share their information twice.  So, suburbanites, save this date --Wednesday June 26 (in addition to our regular downtown meeting Thursday, June 27) and we will announce the location soon.

Location is directly east of Lake Cook Exit on 294.  Take Lake Cook East exit, go about 300 yards.  Turn right into parking lot with 3 low rise brick buildings set back from the street.  Two of the buildings are connected by a walkway.  Head for the middle building, (westernmost of the connected buildings)  Lake Cook II.  Entrance is on the north side of the building.

>From Edens (follow signs to 41) exit Lake Cook west.  After about 2 miles past Northbrook CT get into the left hand lane.   - after passing a set of red brick office buildings on the righ you will see a sign for Discovery Bay restaurant and Embassy Suites) Immediately turn leftinto the parking lot to the right of the street and head for middle building as above.
