Are your organizational functions aligned for maximum effectiveness?
Speakers:
Ed Johnson and Dick Whitney
Are
your organizational functions aligned for maximum effectiveness? Take an
Alignment Assessment of your organization and discuss the implementation
of organizational alignment across business functions. Go away with a strong
understanding of the business functions within their organization and how
they need to be aligned to function at optimal efficiency. They will
take away a tool that their C-level executives and managers will be able
to use to assist an organization in being more profitable unit-by-unit,
department-by-department, or division-by-division. The Alignment
Index-Evaluating tool will expose areas that need to be corrected or enhanced.
The tool measures the business strategy, marketing and sales forecasting,
customer service issues, functional competencies, market segmentation and
overall implementation. It identifies problem areas such as training, human
resources, supply chain, etc.
Ed
Johnson is the Principal of Myindshare Performance, which specializes in
Business Strategy, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching.
Ed consults for senior executives, which include Chief Learning Officers,
VP’s of Sales & Marketing, and OD Managers. Ed is the Past
President of the Chicago Chapter of ASTD (www.ccastd.org). Ed has been
featured in Crain’s Chicago Business and frequently speaks to a variety
of audiences about bottom-line performance in the areas of marketing and
sales, organizational development and training. Ed is also an adjunct
professor for Argosy University where he teaches Leadership and Leading
Organizational Change.
Dick
Whitney is a consultant with over 30 years of experience. He has consulted
and conducted marketing & market alignment workshops globally for a
wide variety of technology and industrial clients. He has also worked with
emerging and small businesses. Prior to his consulting career, he was in
