Event - Conversation with Market Wheatley
Margaret
Wheatley, Ed.D., is a consultant and speaker, and leading scholar in organizational
theory. Her books include Leadership and the New Science, and A Simpler
Way, co-authored with Myron Kellner-Rogers. She has been engaged for many
years in developing a coherent undersatanding of how living systems organize.
Margaret believes we must make a radical shilft in all organizations-from
mechanistic command and control models, to a living systems, self-organizing
perspective. Her work derives from the question: If we understand how life
organizes, would we organize human endeavors differently? We hope
you will join us for a stimulating morning of conversation!
