Designer (2 positions available) Job Requirements:
Ideally, candidate will have been responsible for blended training: Instructor facilitated, on-the-job structured learning, self-paced, and paper based training. On-line learning (computer based and web) experience is a plus. Candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must demonstrate personal effectiveness at building relationships. Must be able to demonstrate application of Instructional Design Principles. Candidate must also be able to demonstrate project management skills; ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design/Instructional Technology, Communications, or related field, required. Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, etc., strongly preferred. Purpose: Using principles and applications of instructional design, candidate will work with an international team of subject matter experts that focus on business initiatives to improve operational performance.
