MANAGEMENT
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
My client has an immediate need for a Management Training and Development
Specialist. The client is located in a near-northwest suburb of Chicago,
near major highways as well as near a train station (convenient for
employees coming from downtown Chicago). My client is an international
manufacturing company, a leader in their market. This position is
located at their U.S. headquarters.
This Management Training & Development Specialist is responsible
for the tactical coordination of training and development programs
designed to support the organization?s needs and goals. This position
will have the opportunity to facilitate and co-facilitate various
professional and management training programs. Experience doing stand-up,
classroom training at the Management level is essential. This position
will assist with the development of training programs, including analyzing
needs, determining goals, researching methods and programs, writing
materials, and organizing review teams. This position also will evaluate
the results of training and prepare written reports for Management.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or
a related area, with a post graduate degree preferred (MHRM/MBA),
3-5 years Management Training experience (including stand-up training
experience) in a Corporate environment, advanced verbal and written
communication skills, strong organization skills with the ability
to multi-task, the ability to adapt to changing conditions, and advanced
MS Office skills. Beginning-Intermediate SAP experience (Training
and Events Module) is a plus.
