Organizational Development Specialist, Senior

Partner with facilities and departments to analyze needs, create and implement Career Development Plans. Must be able to conduct Needs Analysis, formalize a training plan and monitor progress. Also designs/delivers training programs for all levels of the organization corporate university curriculum, and e-learning platform. Must have experience in strategic planning and driving organizational change through proven OD initiatives. Additional duties are to manage outside training vendors and monitor budget. Seeking candidates with a BA/BS in OD and 3-5 years professional experience.
