Lead Organization Development Consultant

Health Care Service Corporation, a Mutual Legal Reserve Company, which does business as BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois, Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma is recruiting for a Lead Organization Development Consultant based in Chicago, Illinois.

The role will have strategic impact by providing Organization Development expertise and active support in the areas of Human Resources Development, Change Management, Organization Design, Team/Leadership Development and Organizational Culture Change.

The incumbent will provide a range of consultation services to management at all levels, including executive leaders on the development and implementation of key strategies and training for creating and sustaining a high performing organization; working collaboratively at organization and division levels to ensure business planning, performance monitoring, performance management, learning and development support each other, are aligned and lead to continuous improvement of organizational performance; and creating and implementing programs that support talent management and succession planning and fosters attracting, developing and retaining a high performing workforce

A Master's Degree in Organization Development is strongly preferred and 6 years experience in organizational development is required.
