ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Multi billion dollar global firm in a major Midwest Metro seeks executive to conduct organization design and effectiveness studies; ensure that the change management systems of communication, learning and reward are implemented; determine critical success factors and competencies and establish credibility with senior business leaders and Human Resource professionals.

MBA/MA in Organization Development and 10+ years related experience in either private industry or consulting using a practical approach to large scale organization design and effectiveness projects.Must have a proven track record establishing credibility with senior business leaders and Human Resource professionals

Salary to $160K + bonus and relocation.
