Major Accountabilities

Directly supports EVP and/or President level executives
and their direct reports.

Leads
OD interventions for business segments.

Leads
global, entreprise-wide organizational Development initiatives.

Focuses
on large scale change implementation/leadership, culture
transformation, employee engagement, team effectiveness,
organizational design and integration (via mergers and acquisitions).

Applies
appropriate Six Sigma methodologies to execute OD interventions.
-
Performs
assessments and listens to clients to understand and anticipate
their needs and determine their priorities in the context
of the overall enterprise.

Considers
broad factors when reviewing gap analyses; establishes needs
and priorities based on client and business objectives.

Collaborates
with business partners and client group leaders to assess
clients’ immediate and long-term needs based on company
objectives.

Applies
a deep awareness of external trends (i.e. business trends,
regulatory issues, global implications) to anticipate clients’
needs and conceptualize new offerings.

Encourages informed risk-taking and acts as a catalyst for
innovation at Cardinal Health; generates practical, sustainable
and creative options to solve problems and create business
opportunities, while maximizing existing resources.

Leverages
trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify
opportunities to improve existing practices and generate
practical solutions.

Jointly
develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural
sensitivities with other accountable parties (e.g., business
partners, transaction center).

Is
a lead contributor; may participate in development of business
strategy.
