DCT Monitoring and Compliance Support - Naperville, Illinois
The DCT Monitoring and Compliance Support is a new group composed
of several teams responsible for providing direction and support
to segments/functions in monitoring and maintaining SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)
compliance, for collaboration on simplification and standardization
of controls and for embedding controls into BP Operations.
The Change
Management Specialist will be a member of the DCT Monitoring
and Compliance Support group and will provide direct, professional
support to the Planning, Reporting, and Change Services Manager.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the DCT monitoring
and compliance communication and training efforts and will
support the DCT Monitoring and Compliance Support teams to
embed internal controls into BP culture by providing timely,
targeted communication and training programs to the DCT-at-large
community.
Accountabilities
include:

Manage
the development, implementation, and assessment of the
communication plan and related activities
-
Lead
community of practice conference calls and regional live
meetings
-
Lead
development and publication of periodic newsletters
-
Create
ad hoc communications for distribution to the DCT population
-
Monitor
upward feedback channels
-
Measure
and communicate the impact of change
-
Collaborate
with various stakeholders to maximize change initiatives
-
Collaborate
with other BP Communication and Training Groups
-
Support
development of the long term plan to embed internal controls
into DCT
-
Create
supporting competencies and modify job descriptions/roles
to build internal control behaviors in DCT
-
Promote
use of Spot Bonus Program to reward exceptional behaviors
-
Update
criteria for DCT Variable Pay Plan, as needed
-
Continually
assess internal control training needs
-
Lead
development and delivery of internal control training and
associated training materials
-
Develop
reference materials to support internal controls training
and
post on internal knowledge management site
-
Minimum
of a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline such as
Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development,
etc.

Legal
authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
-
Minimum
of 5 years of experience working in Change Management,
Communications or Training focused projects
-
xperience
with Microsoft Office tools
-
Exceptional
presentation and facilitation skills
-
Experience
in managing teams
-
Demonstrated
decision making skills. Excellent organizational skills
