This newly created role will find you assisting hospital leaders in identifying, evaluating and assessing organizational development needs, as well as responding to those needs with appropriate actions and solutions. You are further responsible for developing and implementing a leadership and staff development program, facilitating the change process and supporting overall HR processes and practices.

Our ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in organizational development, education, human resources management or related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in organizational development. Strong written and verbal communication talents, in addition to superior knowledge of adult learning theories, should back your education and experience. A demonstrated background in coaching and mentoring, which includes conducting training sessions, is a must.
