The successful candidate will have experience using change management methodologies for immediate and long term impact in enabling change.

A key element of enabling change will be the ability to work with executive management, understand the current barriers to change and the stakeholder groups as well as the key characteristics of the culture.

Other capabilities include the ability to strengthen the effectiveness of the organization in the areas of alignment (people, process and structure),workforce development, and building human capabilities using sound organizational development techniques.

Solid knowledge in the areas of Talent Management, People and Organizational Capabilities, Measurements, Management Development, Leadership Development and Employee Survey.

Able to run enterprise wide projects with a small staff, and with project teams and vendors, while influencing various stakeholders in HR and executive management.

Finally, we are searching for a candidate with a high level of analytical/intellectual ability, with interpersonal and presentation skills; knowledge of OD theory/practice; ability to translate theory to practice; broad business knowledge and the ability to gain a detailed understanding of the enterprise's strategic objectives and their priority.

Ability to see others' points of view and bring effective conflict resolution.  Behavioral event interviewing; career development; a broad OD skill set; current and future focus.  An ideal candidate will have 8-10 years OD experience and a consulting background
