Our Chicago market is currently looking to add experienced consultants
in our Learning and Change Management Practice. We're looking
for people with prior consulting experience paired with a wide breadth
of Training, Communications, Change Management, and Organizational
Development skills. Candidates must be well rounded in this expertise
vs. being an expert in only one area.
Responsibility:
Analysis, design, development, delivery
and evaluation of learning, human performance, and/or change management
initiatives including managing project teams, selling project/solutions
work, creating solution assets/approaches, and managing client expectations.
Duties:
- Designing, developing, and delivering training to meet learning objectives.
- Analyzing job requirements from a competency, skill-gap, or talent
management perspective.
- Implementing, analyzing, or improving enterprise-level curriculums,
training processes, or training applications.
- Creating or improving corporate university strategies from a benchmarking,
long-range planning, or transformation perspective.
- Creating and implementing competency programs from a talent management
and workforce planning perspective.
- Planning and leading change management programs from a sponsorship,
change network, and business readiness perspective.
- Creating and implementing organizational design, process design, and
teamwork improvement programs.
- Planning and implementing knowledge management capabilities such as
portals, dashboards, and document repositories.
- Creating and implementing workforce performance metrics from a tracking,
rewards, recognition, and balanced scorecard perspective.
- Planning, developing, and evaluation communications programs, most
commonly to support learning or change management efforts.
- Supports 2DC cross-functional learning initiatives as necessary.
- May be engaged in Project Management or Business Analysis work in other
solution groups as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in change management, human performance, or workforce
improvement consulting
- 6+ years in training design, development, and delivery
- 6+ years of consulting experience (Big 4 firms preferred)
- 3+ year in communication consulting
- 3+ years in organization, process, and teamwork design
- 3+ years selling and managing project work
- Preferred experience: Competency development, HR consulting, knowledge
management, performance metrics, and project management

- For more senior roles, experience selling and managing project work
