in Business Administration, Public Administration or a directly related
field, supplemented by five years of progressively responsible managerial
experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Applicants with project management experience in a consultancy or client
service environment will be given priority in processing.
Minimum Salary: $73,896 per year
Duties: Under
direction, a Projects Administrator in the Department of Human Resources,
Strategic Services Division, manages organizational change programs, working
closely with senior management from project inception through change implementation.
Develops and coordinates programs designed to improve and enhance business
operations in Human Resources, and overall work environment for city workforce.
Designs and administers programs to support management and operational
requirements. Lead initiatives that require expertise across various disciplines,
including human capital strategy, organization design, workforce planning,
career and leadership development, recruiting and hiring strategies and
employee performance management. Uses a variety of data collection and
analysis approaches to identify workforce requirements, implement programs
and measure program effectiveness. Performs related duties as required.
