Organization Effectiveness Consultant
$6B Distribution Company - North Chicago Suburbs, IL

Function: In this newly created position you will be responsible for working with internal clients such as supply chain, finance, HR, legal and others to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement change management programs strategically aligned with corporate goals and assisting these clients in providing their part in annual growth targets of 8-10%. Executive management has provided the incentive to all departments to analyze their operations to support growth projections.

Requirements: An undergraduate degree in HR, OD, Psychology, Business or related area, Master’s degree preferred and 4-6 years experience in identifying and influencing actions related to org effectiveness opportunities including large scale, enterprise wide change, org design, employee engagement and team development. Complete research and analyze best practices from a variety of sources, build and implement employee surveys, focus groups, analyze results; training and instructional design a plus; facilitation, strong communication skills, etc. Prior consulting experience preferred. We are looking for someone who can come in as an employee yet act as an external consultant, draw out client issues and propose solutions. Knowledge of change management methodologies, how to achieve buy-in, etc.

Compensation: $80K ++
Relocation: Provided-but prefer local candidates
