Function: This position manages the talent development processes for North America, Asia, Latin America, and Europe in this global company of only 600 employees. Work with high potentials, development plans, individual coaching, leadership programs and succession planning. Position is also responsible for recruiting and employee development for Latin America. Support HR generalists in other locations when needed.

Requirements: Global experience with ten plus years of experience as an HR Generalist showing progressive growth and responsibilities with five plus years of talent development, training and employee coaching experience.  Bachelor’s degree in related field, PHR, SPHR and or Master’s level a plus.  International travel estimated at 20-30%.  Consulting background a plus and the ability to deal with ambiguity is important.  Experience doing business in Latin America and the ability to do business in Spanish a plus but not required.

Compensation: $125K plus 15% target incentive
Relocation: Provided-but prefer local candidates
