Ginny Whitelaw will be using her new book coming out this month, Move to Greatness, to show us how we can escape the pitfalls of partial leadership and literally move to the greatness of being wholly effective and better balanced.

You will learn:

• Why each pattern is essential, but when overused, leads to a “but”
• What pattern is the accelerator of business
• What pattern has the most fun, and best understands customers
• Why the pattern of discipline can be bad for your heart
• When being laid back is the best way forward
• Why the patterns we like least become the people we have the most trouble with
• What “I’ll have that report to you tomorrow by 10 AM” really means (hint: it depends who’s saying it)
• How to get a team’s patterns to match its purpose
• How companies like IBM change their patterns to stay alive
• How you can explore, focus, plan, and engage others in your move to greatness
