Men in OD
We welcome all men to this session. We invite participants to talk about what’s uppermost on their minds and hearts, exploring the unique challenges and dynamics of being men in today’s world. Gender dynamics, power, father-son relationships, competency, age and health are among the topics that we’ve covered over the years, and that may well come up again this year. Join us and create the conversation that matters to you.

Latinos in OD
Latino/a practitioners are invited to share information about themselves with a focus on stories about their work and being a Latino/a in the OD/HR profession. This conversation will help build a group interested in past, present and future Latino/a OD participation. It is an opportunity to network, share experience and provide support as needed. Come to share and renew your energy, excitement and enthusiasm for our diverse community.

Internals Community of Practice
In our quest for impact, we often find ourselves frustrated by the lack of buy-in and commitment. When we lead big projects, we want best practices and learnings from others who have been in our shoes. Sometimes, we just need to know that we’re not alone and that someone else is having the same challenges!
This fall we’re launching a virtual learning community for OD Network internal OD consultants, so that we can get the insights we want– when we need them; share wise practices, tools and outcomes; make meaningful connections; and create positive change in our workplaces.
Come learn about and shape the Internals Community of Practice Forum.
Let’s do this! Better. Together

Women in OD
Calling all dynamic women in OD – let’s reconnect, talk shop, and kickstart our conference together! At our international women in OD caucus, we’ll celebrate each other and tell our stories in a relaxed, supportive and collegial environment. Add your presence and your power, and make new friends in the process. We can’t wait to see you there!
The LGBTQ Professionals in OD will meet to kick off the conference in a connected way! The workplace and the world of work are changing, and not just in North America. Come and share what you do and meet other LGBTQ conference attendees and allies. First-time attendees and newcomers to the field particularly welcome!
