Message from the OD Network 2014 Annual Conference Co-Chairs
Recognize. Transform. Energize.
As the OD Network embarks on its 50th anniversary, we recognize and are humbled by ground-breaking efforts that our
founding members made in the field of Organization Development and look forward to the progress that our energetic community continues to make today. In many ways, the OD Network 2014 Annual Conference reflects the transformation of the organization itself, and we look forward to continuing down the path of transformation with you in Philadelphia, Penn. from October 25-28.
With new, engaging session formats and collaborative learning opportunities, the 2014 Annual Conference is thoughtfully designed to help inspire, affect and renew transformation at your organization. The 2014 Conference tracks reflect some of the most challenging areas of transformation affecting organizations today and how to effectively navigate those changes:
- Diversity and Culture: We live in a globally connected world where understanding culture and diversity enables us to be community builders and change agents.
- Change and Agility: With the world continuously changing around us, organizations and other systems must be agile in order to stay relevant and thrive.
- Technology and Tools: The last decade has introduced an unprecedented new wave of technology and tools that has changed the way we connect and work.
- NEW Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient: There is much to be learned from these six individuals, whose commitment to the field of OD and achievements over the course of a lifetime have made a significant contribution to the OD profession.
You can view all of the exciting events and sessions being held at the Annual Conference on the schedule-at-a-glance.
We encourage you to take advantage of opportunity to learn from this year's inspirational keynote speakers, Stacy Blake-Beard and W. Warner Burke, as well as network with a worldwide community of Organization Development leaders by registering today for the Annual Conference. You will be in great company.
We hope to celebrate the OD Network's 50th Anniversary with you and your colleagues in Philadelphia this October! Please feel free to reach out to us directly with any comments or questions.
