Join in for a lively discussion on a new framework and perspective on organizational life - building peer to peer network communities and peer to peer leadership. As new workplace designs, organization structures and new leadership styles emerge from organizations struggling to adapt and adjust to the new realities of a global, transparent and hyper connected world, organization development practitioners are helping organizations implement the changes necessary to be successful.
