OD Seasonings Submission Guidelines
Seasonings is an online journal of articles written by senior practitioners who have more than 15 years of experience in organization and human systems development. We seek articles that clearly express a point of view or document significant learning based on many years of relevant practice, offering less experienced practitioners the benefit of a well-integrated, deeply experienced professional perspective. If you are a senior practitioner, you might, for instance:
- either corroborate or challenge a popular theory with cases from your practice files
- proffer a new or revised theory that synthesizes observations recorded over the years in different engagements
- offer personal reflections tracing the evolution of your thinking about a specific issue or topic
Your style should be appropriate to your subject matter; styles range from the scholarly to the conversational. We expect that your writing will deepen our collective understanding of the field and that we will hear the “voice of experience.”
