Email Discussions
Join colleagues from around the world in discussing theoretical and practical issues in organization development and related fields by participating in email discussions. These discussions are free and open to all.
The general discussion, ODNet, covers a wide variety of topics, while the other discussion lists are related to specific areas of practice or affiliation. Please read the description of the discussions you’re interested in before you subscribe.
Sign up for one discussion or many. You have to sign up separately for each discussion you join, but once you’ve signed up for more than one, you can manage most of your user options in one place. You’ll start getting emails from the discussion group as soon as you answer the automatic email that asks you to confirm your subscription. After that, you have many options:
- Add your own voice to the discussion by replying to the list or using a convenient online form. You can post messages only to discussions to which you have subscribed.
- Search the archives of your chosen discussion(s) or browse the archives by date.
- If you don’t want to get a lot of emails, you can sign up for a daily digest—one email with all of the messages from that day.
- If you’re going to be away from your computer and don’t want a clogged inbox on return, you can disable automatic email delivery without having to unsubscribe.
