About List Passwords

• You may enter a list password below to prevent others from altering your subscription. We suggest you do not use a valuable password because it will be sent to you in an ordinary email message.
• If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated and sent when you have confirmed your subscription.
• You can also request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options.
• Your password will be emailed to you monthly as a reminder.

You must follow the instructions in a confirming
email message to complete your request!
