Madelyn BlairMadelyn Blair is a speaker, author, and executive advisor. She specializes in unlocking resilience for individuals and work teams needing to meet today’s complex challenges with greater ease – through narrative, resilience practices, and knowledge. Dr. Blair has done leading work in the use of story for the last 20 years. She has studied and managed knowledge management projects for 40 years. Her clients include Regional Chamber of Cincinnati, PwC, Merck Pharmaceuticals, ABERJE, Huawei Technologies, NIH, NSA. Among her positions, Dr. Blair is faculty at Columbia University, Associate of Taos Institute, blogger on Psychology Today, author of Riding the Current, Essays in Two Voices, and, her latest, bestselling book, Unlocked: Discover how to embrace the unexpected.
