Do You Really Know Your Buyer?

How many of us OD consultants, whether internal or external, wonder how to either grow our business or have greater influence with internal stakeholders? In a world of abundance, the consumers of your services are inundated with communication, content, and distractions. So how are we to know what will influence a potential customer/stakeholder, or what content will drive the most conversions in our marketing? This webinar will explore how to better understand your buyer by learning how to build a persona and boost your ability to influence the engagement you need to drive results.

Nick TobeyNick Tobey has a long history of growing revenue in marketing and business development roles while working in both top-ranked executive education providers and leading technology firms. Most recently, Nick is the most senior business development leader for Eller Executive Education. In less than a year, he has secured over 2M in new revenue through deals with international government clients and leading domestic firms. In his business development roles for executive education providers, he has led the discovery and design of learning and development solutions for notable clients such as PwC, Toyota USA, DirecTV, Amgen, and several other Fortune 500 clients.

Before joining Eller Executive Education, Nick was recently the Regional Director of Executive Education at the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. He was responsible for the strategic direction and management of the business development team, implementing Pepperdine’s 5-year growth strategy for their Executive Education department. Prior to Pepperdine, he managed the business development operation at UCLA Anderson School of Management’s Executive Education, growing their open enrollment revenues to over $2M+ during his tenure.
