Social Learning in a Virtual Environment — Collaborating to Create Solutions to Today’s Complex Issues

Regional Partner Event

As much of the globe went into partial or full lockdown, almost overnight, HR/L&D/OD practitioners have had to migrate their programs online. The majority of their clients, the managers and leaders in organizations, are now working almost exclusively in a virtual environment. More than ever, you are challenged with keeping people developing and connected so your business can move forward. In this session, we’ll explore social learning in a virtual environment. We will dig deep into the “20” in the 70-20-10 model to learn about the many flavours of social/peer-learning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discover why social/peer learning is the key to management and leadership development
  • Find out how social/peer learning is blended into an enterprise learning strategy
  • Learn the basics of supporting and sustaining social/peer learning in a virtual environment

Speaker: Phil LeNir

Phil LeNir is an electrical engineer, management expert and co-founder and managing partner of CoachingOurselves, a globally successful approach to peer learning.
