Facilitating Transformation After Trauma: The Power of Resonance

This interactive webinar is designed to support leaders and facilitators working in the traumatic wake of our current global pandemics of covid19 and systemic racism. As we navigate widespread traumas, how can OD practitioners facilitate the spaces for acknowledgement, healing and transformation? In this webinar, participants will learn about the core concepts and considerations for facilitating Transformation After Trauma through the concept of Resonance. Resonance is defined as a moment of awakening, through personal stories, that creates an opportunity for transformative learning. Resonance is presented as the key to posttraumatic growth and transformation. Practical guidance for accessing Resonance and creating conditions for its emergence will be shared. This work is based on the speaker's research in posttraumatic growth and transformation and a book currently available for preorder that will be released for publication soon.
