Peer to Peer Leadership: An OD Perspective

 Presented by: Mila Baker

Tuesday, October 7, 2014
Duration: 90 Minutes

Join in for a lively discussion on a new framework and perspective on organizational life - building peer to peer network communities and peer to peer leadership.  As new workplace designs, organization structures and new leadership styles emerge in response to organization's struggle to adapt and adjust to the new realities of a global, transparent and hyper connected world, organization development practitioners are being called upon to help facilitate and implement the changes necessary to be successful. Based on new book - Peer to Peer Leadership.  Why the Network is the Leader, Mila Baker will give an overview of how organizations are responding, the books concepts and the upcoming session at the ODN Annual Conference, October 25-28, 2014, that will be held in Philadelphia.  To find out about Mila's session at the conference and more, click here.
