As you may have discovered, this work is as diverse as the number and types of issues organizations and their members face. In order to help you better navigate your journey consider the following questions:

  • What’s your ideal work and are you doing it now? Is the work you're doing ‘meaningful’ to you? If not, why not?
  • What additional skills or resources do you need to do the work you want to do? How will you approach your need(s)?
  • Who supports you in this work and what support do you need?

When we realize others are thinking or feeling the same way we do, the journey becomes easier.  We welcome your thoughts. Please respond to these questions so that learn from each other.
