Hello all,

I've had a bit of a dilema over the past few months. I recently graduated with a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I was most interested in OD and want to eventually be in a consultant role. The problem I'm facing is that while completing my degree I earned all of my work experience as a technical support analyst. Considering most job postings I see ask for 3-5 years work experience in a related field, what would be the best way to overcome this hurdle? If it's starting at an entry level, what would be the best launch pad for a career as an OD consultant?

Thank you for your time!
