<description><![CDATA[Have you considered the Kotter 8 step model developed from his seminal work "Leading Change.?" I used it for a major transformation change initiative with a large state department of public health, center for health care quality.  It worked well.  We also created a change management plan around Kotter's model, and taught it to the entire leadership team, with applications by sub-teams to alternative change targets and needs.]]></description>
