ROBERT KEGAN is the William and Miriam Meehan Professor of Adult Learning and Professional Development at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. A psychologist who teaches, researches, writes, and consults on adult development and learning, Kegan serves as the Educational Chair for the Institute for Management and Leadership in Education at Harvard. Kegan's work explores the necessity of ongoing psychological transformation in adulthood, the fit between adult capacities and the hidden demands of modern life, and the evolution of consciousness in adulthood and its implications for supporting adult learning.


VERNÃ MYERS is the Principal of Verna Myers Consulting Group, LLC (VMCG) and a nationally recognized expert on diversity and inclusion within law firms, law departments and law schools. A published author, she is a highly sought-after speaker for conferences worldwide, and also sponsors her own annual Opus Conference on Race and Ethnicity in Large Law Firms. Prior to establishing VMCG, Ms. Myers served as the first Executive Director of The Boston Law Firm Group, and as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Attorney General of Massachusetts.


is a professional speaker and the author of the book Entrepreneurs Inside: Accelerating Business Growth with Corporate Entrepreneurs. Ms. Foley has spent twenty five years helping organizations develop new growth businesses that have generated millions. She works with Fortune 1000 and medium size businesses that are under pressure to deliver new business growth, helping them build the entrepreneurial competencies needed for success. She is an Executive in Residence at Babson College and teaches Corporate Entrepreneurship at Babson Executive Education.



ED H. SCHEIN is the Society of Sloan Fellows Professor of Management Emeritus and a Professor Emeritus at the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is the author of many articles and books, including Helping; Process Consultation Revisited; The Corporate Culture Survival Guide; DEC Is Dead, Long Live DEC; Organizational Culture and Leadership; and Career Anchors. He has defined the field of organizational culture and has consulted with many organizations in the United States and overseas. Ed has received many awards and honors, among them the Lifetime Achievement Award in Workplace Learning and Performance from the American Society of Training Directors (2000), the Marion Gislason Award for Leadership in Executive Development from the Boston University School of Management Executive Development Roundtable (2002), the Lifetime Achievement Award as Scholar/ Practitioner from the Academy of Management (2009), and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Leadership Association (2012).

A master facilitator, process consultant, and pioneer of visual facilitation, David specializes in large-scale processes, strategic visioning and creative, future-oriented symposia. David and his team at The Grove work in both private– and public-interest sectors for organizations in all stages of development, and recently published the third volume in his Visual Leadership series.
Sibbet is a longtime affiliate with the Institute for the Future in Menlo Park, a member of the Global Business Network in San Francisco, a longtime member of both the Organizational Development Network and the International Forum of Visual Practitioners, and a member of Heartland Circle’s Thought Leader Network. He is chairman of the board of Coro Center for Civic Leadership. He lives in San Francisco with his poet/teacher spouse Susan.
